Refund and Return Policy

The product should be in its original unused condition so that it can be properly returned, except there is a manufacturer fault or defect. You should return the product as soon as you notice any fault or defect. You need to inform us immediately about the shortcoming or defect in the product so that the item could be returned. For the parcel to be returned and availing the refund, mail us, and we will allocate you a tracking number. You should include the original purchase receipt in your return package for us to process your refund properly.   

Please keep in mind that if the hygiene seal of the parcel has been broken, the item cannot be returned. Moreover, if the product has been stolen, damaged or returned to us in unsalable condition, we will not give any refund. Therefore, try to ensure that the product you want to return is fully intact and in saleable condition.
